Some Inspirations

"It's a shame to throw away so many good gifts because you can't have the one you want."
by
Louisa May Alcott

Do you have family? Friends? Needy people in your community? I bet there are little children at the at-risk preschool, lonely seniors in a nursing home, maybe even folks in your own immediate or extended family who are also lonely and craving human connection. I bet they'd react with incredible love and gratitude to someone with your kind of passion and energy, who came to make a positive difference in their lives.

I have an entirely different outlook on life now, and so can you, if you want to. If you are looking for someone to make you happy it won't happen, you have to look deep within yourself and make yourself happy before you can find happiness somewhere else in the world. One way to do this is to volunteer your time to a hospital or someplace where you will be doing something for someone else. By giving of yourself you will be getting much more in return. But you have to want to do this, and apply yourself.

Day #5 in Vancouver

Well so far I've been in Vancouver for 4 days, and nothing has piss me off yet.

Yay no line budgers,
no rude drivers,
no gross smelling any place,
no retarded news reporters,
no disgustingly dirty washrooms,
no election campaign broadcasts or flags on the streets,
no overboard business signs,
no cheap-looking fashion,
and definitely no elbowing.

I did get a little scare at the corner of Chinatown tho,
the streets were just full of druggies and beggars,
this really weird girl tried to direct traffic during every green light,
on top of that, none of the pay-phones worked.

Also a congested nose, and really dry skin.

多事之秋

老公的父親檢查出來有肝癌
怎麼才剛入秋而已就這麼多不幸的事情
惜福真的是很重要的
比起工作,目標,或是遊玩來說
People are the most important.
